Any students walking out of class to protest law enforcement should have to retake a mandatory civics class over the summer in order to graduate the grade.
The fact that these school protests always occurred during school hours and not on a Saturday or Sunday or after school demonstrate the real purpose of the protest is just to get out of class.
We have many rights and freedoms including the right to peacefully assemble and protest but that does not come without consequences. If I walk out of my work to join a protest I can expect not to have a job when I come back. If you walk out of school or class to join a protest you should expect some consequences for that as well.
